Update on the wedding venue search. I finally had a chance to get down to Atlanta and take a look at some of my wedding venues in person, and what a whirlwind. My fiance and I got a chance to take a look at about 5 venues including The Peachtree Club, Marriott Marquis, Ventanas, The Biltmore, Fernbank Museum and Fox Theatre. And we did it all in one day. Lol.
It was great actually seeing these places in person instead of looking at online brochures and persuing google image search for pictures. We came away with a couple of top choices and are slaving away at proposals right now. We hope to make a finally decision this week and next week tops.
